Sanding method:
The ROBA Duplex uses a navided sanding belt with slots. Insert 100mm long sanding brushes with the desired grit from above and below. You can use different abrasives, like K120 for coarse sanding on top and K240 for lacquer sanding at the bottom. Switch between sanding areas with pneumatic lifting, no need for time - consuming set - up.
The belt system offers flat, wave - free sanding. Just press workpieces against the belt, no need for laborious guiding. A constant oscillation improves media utilization and reduces sand marks.
